Michael Painter, Founder and President of Quivera Hospitality, firmly believes that the company’s key to success lies in its unwavering commitment to QUALITY first. With an extensive background in textiles, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and an MBA from the prestigious Darden Business School at the University of Virginia. Born on the East Coast, he has predominantly resided in Southern California, where the company is headquartered. Michael’s dedicated team, characterized by skill, experience, and enthusiasm, shares his steadfast commitment to prioritizing quality above all else.

Michael further emphasizes, “While many of our competitors allocate hundreds of thousands of dollars to marketing and glossy advertising, Quivera directs and invests those funds into continuous R&D. We are confident that this strategic approach is the cornerstone of our company’s reputation as one of the most respected and recognized entities in the Hospitality World.”

Quivera products grace over 37 Luxury Properties globally, with a significant presence in more than 25 Mandarin Oriental properties. The alliance with the Mandarin Group commenced with the Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong and swiftly expanded to encompass multiple Mandarin Oriental properties across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The elevated Sleep Experience provided by our Linen not only enhances the room ambiance but resonates with the actual guest, propelling our growth. Tangible evidence of this enhanced Sleep Experience manifests in the positive feedback recorded by guests at the Front Desk during checkout.

Beyond our dedication to excellence, Quivera aligns with the Mandarin Group in a shared commitment to sustainability. In our production processes, all plastics are now biodegradable, and we strive to minimize plastic usage wherever possible. As a noteworthy example, we’ve pioneered a moisture-repellent shipping carton, a groundbreaking initiative that eliminates the necessity to individually pack each item in a plastic bag – a first in the industry.
The paramount Eco-Friendly contribution of our products lies in their quality. Utilizing 100% USA Pima yarns and employing enhanced finishing techniques, our products boast a life expectancy double the industry average. This not only ensures longevity but enables our clients to substantially reduce their chemical, water, and electricity usage. Michael adds, “We are Planet Conscious, and that ethos is woven into the DNA of our company and every aspect of what we do and produce.” We take pride in being recognized as one of the recommended World Suppliers to the Mandarin Group and eagerly anticipate contributing to their rapid global expansion.
